proper formatting and prevent delays.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. For business addresses, delivery times are between 8.30am to 5.30pm. Residential addresses are scheduled between 8.30am to 7pm.
Once the order has been dispatched, a notification via email or SMS will be sent for you to track your order.
If you find any damage to your parcel or goods upon delivery, sign for the order as damaged and / or take clear photos of the outer delivery label and packaging. Make sure to notify us within 4 working days of receiving the package along with your photo evidence.
If for whatever reason your product does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

The standard base for roller banners features two twist-out feet that provide stability. However, the feet protrude, so it requires a bit more floor space. This type of stand is generally more affordable and lighter, making it easier to transport and set up. The graphic is retracted from the back and pulled up to a pole.
The light carry bag offers basic protection and is less durable in terms of withstanding rough handling or extreme conditions. It is generally designed for lighter use and shorter trips.
Single sided roller banners are suitable for designs focussed on simplicity and clarity where the back of the stand is not visible, such as when against a wall. However, the cons include limited visibility, as only one side can display content, reducing its impact in open spaces. Also, there is wasted space on the back, which cannot be utilised for additional branding or messaging.
Grey back PVC media is a high-quality material designed to provide full light blockout, ensuring no light passes through for maximum visibility. It features a smooth, bright white surface that enhances print quality and colour vibrancy. The anti-curl properties of this media ensures it lays flat even with heavy ink coverage.

Delivery date is based on order being placed within business hours and supplied with print-ready artwork. We will only contact you if there is an issue with your file(s). Please note this will affect the delivery times shown on our website.
Artwork will go straight to print without a digital proof.
We will email you a digital PDF proof for approval. Please note choosing this option may affect delivery lead-times.

Free delivery is inclusive to UK mainland addresses only. Additional delivery charges will apply for non-mainland locations and we will contact you for payment.
Delivery times are calculated in working days and exclude weekends, bank holidays and seasonal holiday periods.
Our last working day will be Friday, 19th December 2025 and we will reopen on Monday, 5th January 2026.
