Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. For business addresses, delivery times are between 8.30am to 5.30pm. Residential addresses are scheduled between 8.30am to 7pm.

Once the order has been dispatched, a notification via email or SMS will be sent for you to track your order.

If you find any damage to your parcel or goods upon delivery, sign for the order as damaged and / or take clear photos of the outer delivery label and packaging. Make sure to notify us within 4 working days of receiving the package along with your photo evidence.

If for whatever reason your product does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Material

260gsm Polyester

The 260gsm fabric graphic is a tightly woven, knitted polyester material with a matt, non-reflective surface, making it perfect for retail displays and event backdrops. It is durable, easy to wash and quick to dry. The graphics on this material are printed using a dye-sublimation process, which produces rich, vibrant colours that resist fading.

Print Sides

Double Sided

Double sided printing, also known as duplex printing allows for effectively maximising space utilisation. This not only reduces cost but also enhances content organisation by providing more room for design elements.

Turnaround

Delivery date is based on order being placed within business hours and supplied with print-ready artwork. We will only contact you if there is an issue with your file(s). Please note this will affect the delivery times shown on our website.

If you use our artwork service, the estimated delivery date includes the time required for us to create your design, plus the selected delivery turnaround. It does not include any additional time taken for approvals or revision requests.
 

PDF Proof

No Proof Required

Artwork will go straight to print without a digital proof.

We will email you a digital PDF proof for approval. Please note choosing this option may affect delivery lead-times.

Quantity

For multiple designs, you’ll need to add a quantity to the basket separately for each design.

Supplying Own Artwork

Please set up your artwork to the following specifications:

  • Resolution: Minimum 300dpi
  • File Format: PDF, JPG, or PNG
  • Colour Mode: CMYK (RGB and Pantone colours will be converted)
  • Fonts: Outlined or embedded, at a legible minimum size
  • Bleed: Include bleed as specified per product, with no printer marks
  • Safety Margin: Keep all critical content within the safe area as specified per product

If using design tools like Adobe Express or Canva, please also use the above guidelines to ensure optimum print quality, accurate colours and proper formatting to prevent delays.

  • Provide a clear design brief outlining objectives, style preferences and any technical requirements.
  • Includes one design concept with unlimited minor revisions (logo design or edits not included).
  • Artwork proof (PDF) will be sent for review; production begins only after approval.
  • Delivery timelines may be extended and depend on artwork approval.

Delivery

Free delivery is inclusive to UK mainland addresses only. Additional delivery charges will apply for non-mainland locations and we will contact you for payment.

Delivery times are calculated in working days and exclude weekends, bank holidays and seasonal holiday periods.

Holiday Closure Notice

Our last working day will be Friday, 19th December 2025 and we will reopen on Monday, 5th January 2026.

We encourage you to check product lead times on our website to ensure your orders can be delivered before our closure.
