1. Summary
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern you the buyer (“client”, “you”, “user”) of using services provided by Cheap as Prints (“seller”, “we,” “us” or “our”). By placing an order, accessing our services or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1.2. These Terms and Conditions supersede all others and constitute your acceptance that our conditions are the only conditions that apply to the contract notwithstanding any purported Terms put forward by you.

2. Your Status
2.1. By placing an order with Cheap as Prints, you warrant that:
2.1.2. You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
2.1.3. You are at least 18 years old
2.2. If you are placing an order through our website on behalf of a business, you warrant that you have the necessary authority from that business to place the order.
2.3. You agree only to provide a third party’s personal information if they have given you express consent to use it in respect of the goods you have ordered.
2.4. Personal information is collected, processed and stored in accordance with our privacy policy.
3. Contract Formation
3.1. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product(s) or service(s). All orders are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm such acceptance to you by electronic notification at the end of the ordering process (the “order “confirmation”). We are unable to issue an order confirmation until such time as the ordering processing is complete. The contract between us (“contract”) will only be formed when we send you the order confirmation. Once the contract has been formed, the terms of the contract cannot be varied without our prior written consent.
3.2. As the product(s) or service(s) will have been tailored to your specification or personalised by you, you will not have any right to cancel the supply of any of the product(s) or service(s) once you have placed an order.
4. Payment
4.1. For all products and services purchased from Cheap as Prints, payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payments through all major debit or credit cards (excluding American Express), PayPal and bank transfer. Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.
4.2. Failure to make payment may result in delays or cancellations of orders. All card payments are taken in good faith. Fraudulent usage of this facility will be immediately reported to the relevant authorities and will be taken to have broken all contract Terms. Deliveries to addresses other than the card holder’s invoice address may be declined.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
5.1. Refunds, if applicable, are determined on a case-by-case basis. Once design, printing or development work has commenced, refunds may be restricted based on the extent of work completed. For services with digital deliverables (e.g., graphic design, web design), once files are delivered, refunds will not be provided. Please refer to our refund policy for more details on how we handle refunds.
6. Material and Information Provided by You
6.1. Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload material to our site (“your material”) you must comply with the content standards set out in paragraphs 6.2 and 6.3 below (“Content Standards”). If Your Material does not comply with those content standards, you shall indemnify us for any losses, damages, claims and other expenses we may incur as a result of such breach.
6.2. Your material must:
6.2.1. Be accurate (where it states facts);
6.2.2. Be genuinely held (where it states opinions); and
6.2.3. Comply with the law applicable in England and Wales and in any country from which it is uploaded.
6.3.Your Material must not:
6.3.1. Be defamatory of any person;
6.3.2. Be obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;
6.3.3. Promote sexually explicit material;
6.3.4. Promote violence;
6.3.5. Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
6.3.6. Infringe any intellectual property rights of any third party. We have the right to disclose your identity to any third party claiming that any material uploaded by you to our site constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights;
6.3.7. Be likely to deceive any person;
6.3.8. Breach any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence;
6.3.9. Promote any illegal activity;
6.3.10. Be in contempt of court;
6.3.11. Be threatening, abuse or invade another’s privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety;
6.3.12. Be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;
6.3.13. Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person;
6.3.14. Advocate, promote, incite any party to commit, or assist any unlawful or criminal act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse; or
6.3.15. Contain a statement which you know or believe, or have reasonable grounds for believing, that members of the public to whom the statement is, or is to be, published are likely to understand as a direct or indirect encouragement or other inducement to the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism.
6.4. We have the right to remove any of your material if, in our opinion, your material does not comply with the content standards. You will receive a full refund of any sums already paid for an order we do not fulfil.
6.5. In addition to complying with the content standards, you agree that all of your material uploaded by you onto our site will be done at your own risk. You must retain a copy of your material that you upload. We expressly exclude all liability for any uploaded your material which is lost or damaged during or after the uploading process.
6.6. Failure to follow our site’s preparatory instructions for uploading your material may result in products or services of poor quality. Please review these instructions carefully. We accept no responsibility for poor quality products or services in those circumstances.
6.7. We may amend our privacy policy from time to time concerning our storage of your material and the amount of your material that may be uploaded to our site. You are therefore advised to review our privacy policy regularly. We may delete your material stored by us which is inactive for an extended period of time without reference to you – we will review such inactivity and decide whether to delete your material at our sole discretion. We may change our privacy policy at any time in our sole discretion and where appropriate, we will notify you of this by electronic mail. To the extent that we are permitted to do so by law, we may delete your material stored by us at any time.
6.8. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall transfer ownership of your material or any personalisation of our template designs to us or to any third party. You will continue to own all of your material and any personalisation that you may create through our site.
7. Service-Specific Terms
7.1. Our Service-Specific Terms outline the specific guidelines, rules and conditions that govern your use of each feature within our website. By accessing or using these services, you agree to adhere to the applicable Terms as stated. These Terms may vary by feature and may be updated periodically; continued use constitutes acceptance of any modifications. Failure to comply may result in restricted access or termination of service.
8. Graphic Design
8.1. Description of Service:
8.1.2. Graphic design services includes custom designs such as logos, marketing materials, digital graphics and other visual assets as specified at the time of ordering.
8.2. Buyer Responsibilities:
8.2.1. The buyer must provide all necessary content, specifications branding guidelines and reference materials.
8.2.2. Requests for revisions must be made within the time frame specified in the project agreement.
8.3. Revisions:
8.3.1. Each graphic design project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions not a complete redesign.
8.3.2. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will incur additional charges.
8.4 Approval and Acceptance:
8.4.1. Once a design is approved and delivered, the buyer accepts full responsibility for the use of the design.
8.4.2. We are not liable for any printing errors, trademark infringements or other issues after approval.
9. Printing
9.1. Description of Service:
9.1.2. Printing services cover various products, including business cards, flyers, posters and other printed materials. Specifications for printing options, dimensions and other details will be provided at the time of ordering.
9.2. Preliminary Work:
9.2.1. Any work carried out whether experimentally or otherwise at the buyers request, shall be chargeable.
9.3. File Copy:
9.3.1. A fee may be applicable to cover any additional work involved where artwork files supplied are not clear and legible or electronic files supplied are damaged or otherwise unsuitable.
9.4. Image Copyright:
9.4.1. We are unable to check the ownership of copyrights for images supplied to print. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you are confirming that relevant permission(s) has been attained to print the images supplied.
9.5. Proofing:
9.5.1. Proofs will not be provided as standard and are subject to a fee paid for by the client when ordering. For orders where the client does not pay for a proof, these orders will go straight into print production and Cheap as Prints will not be held responsible for any errors in the printed material related to artwork issues.
9.5.2. Proofs include checks carried by us from the clients supplied artwork to uncover any artwork compatibly errors which we will advise the client prior to printing. If the client decides to proceed without correcting any advised errors, we will not be held responsible for any issues post production. If the client wishes to use our services to correct the advised artwork issues, additional charges will apply.
9.6. Print Quality and Colour Variations:
9.6.1. Due to variations in screen displays, printing equipment and other conditions outside of our control, colours on printed materials may differ slightly from the digital preview. Cheap as Prints is not responsible for minor colour discrepancies and nor offers a colour matching service.
9.7. Risk and Title:
9.7.1. The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
9.7.2. Ownership of the products will pass to you on delivery.
9.8. Delivery:
9.8.1. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses suffered by you or any other party as a result of any delay in delivery. Neither will any such failure to meet a delivery date constitute a breach of contract on our part. All delivery processes, schedules and locations are provided in more detail on our delivery information page.
9.8.2. Your order will be checked before packing and will leave our premises in good condition. It will then be fully insured whilst in transit to you. However, it is a condition of the insurance contract and therefore your responsibility to ensure that you or anyone receiving goods on your behalf, check all goods delivered by the carrier before signing for and accepting them.
9.8.3. If any damage is found, you must sign and mark the carrier’s delivery note as ‘damaged’. In the event where signing for the condition of the goods as damaged is unavailable, you must provide photo evidence of the outer delivery label and packaging as part of your claim. Failure to comply with these Terms will be in breach of this contract and effectively invalidate the insurance. As a result you will have waived all right to claim for any repair, replacement or refund.
9.9. Variations in Quantity:
9.9.1. We shall be deemed to have fulfilled our contract by delivery of a quantity within 5% plus or minus of the quantity of printed goods ordered and you will be charged at the contract rate for the quantity delivered.
9.10 Claims:
9.10.1. Claims arising from damages, delay or partial loss in transit must be made in writing to us within 4 working days of delivery within the Terms of the contract.
9.10.2. All claims with regard to the quality or quantity of the goods shall be made in writing to us within 4 working days of receipt of goods or such goods shall be deemed to comply as to quality and quantity within the Terms of the contract.
9.10.3. Cheap as Prints requires any printing to be either returned in full or photo evidence provided by electronic mail before agreeing to reprint. If we deem the printing to be of sufficient quality and within tolerance, we reserve the right to return the goods and refuse a reprint or refund.
9.10.4. Claims in respect of non-delivery must be made in writing within 2 working days from receipt of estimated delivery date.
10. Web Design
10.1. Description of Service:
10.1.2. Web design services include the creation of websites, landing pages, e-commerce platforms and web applications, depending on the client’s requirements.
10.2. Content and Intellectual Property:
10.2.1. The client must supply all text, images and other content necessary for website creation.
10.2.2. We hold the right to display the completed website in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
10.3. Testing:
10.3.1. Upon completion, the website will be tested for compatibility with major web browsers. We cannot guarantee functionality on all browsers and devices.
10.4. Handover and Ownership:
10.4.1. Once ownership of the website is transferred to the client, excluding any third-party plugins or proprietary software, Cheap as Prints will not be responsible for any changes, updates or issues arising unless a maintenance agreement is in place.
10.5. Website Maintenance:
10.5.1. Website maintenance, if included, will be subject to a separate agreement detailing the scope, costs and duration of maintenance services.
11. Promoting Third-Party Software
11.1. Description of Service:
11.1.2. We promote third-party software on our website. This promotion includes but may be not limited to software recommendations.
11.2. Liability Disclaimer:
11.2.1. We do not guarantee the functionality, performance or security of third-party software. We are not responsible for any issues that may arise from downloading, installing or using third-party software recommended or promoted on our website.
11.3. Affiliations and Commissions:
11.3.1. Cheap as Prints may receive commissions for promoting third-party software. This commission does not influence the quality or integrity of our recommendations, but clients are advised to review and accept the Terms and privacy policies of any third-party software before use.
12. External Affiliate Links
12.1. Description of Purpose:
12.1.2. Our website may contain affiliate links to external websites, products or services. We may earn a commission when users click on these links and make a purchase.
12.2. Liability for Third-Party Websites:
12.2.1. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or functionality of third-party websites linked from our website. Access to third-party websites is at the clients own risk and the user should review the Terms and conditions of each website.
12.3. Disclosure:
12.3.1. Our use of affiliate links is disclosed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, including the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) guidelines in the UK.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1. Cheap as Prints is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services or website. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of profits or any other intangible losses.
14. Complaints
14.1. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact our customer support team at info@cheapasprints.com within 5 days of receiving the service or product, providing details of your complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve the issue within 5 to 10 working days. If further investigation is needed, we will keep you updated throughout the process.
15. Force Majeure
15.1. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
15.2. A Force Majeure event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:
15.2.1. Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
15.2.2. Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
15.2.3. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
15.2.4. Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
15.2.5. Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; and
15.2.6. The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
15.3. Our performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
16. Severability
16.1. If any of these Terms and Conditions or any provisions of this Contract are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
17. Intellectual Property Rights
17.1. All intellectual property rights associated with the content on our website, including designs, text, images and branding, are the property of Cheap as Prints or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or use of this content is strictly prohibited.
18. Amendments to Terms
18.1. Cheap as Prints reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
19. Governing Law
19.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
