Turnaround times can vary depending on the product, order quantity and finishing options selected. On average, most orders are delivered within 5–6 working days, provided the artwork is supplied correctly and ready for print.
Fast turnaround printing may be available on selected products. For urgent orders, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability. To avoid delays, make sure your artwork is print-ready and correctly formatted.
PDF is usually the preferred file format for printing, as it helps preserve the layout, fonts, images and design quality. High-resolution JPEG or PNG files may also be accepted for some products, but print-ready PDF is normally recommended.
We offer a free basic artwork check to ensure your supplied file meets our printing requirements. Please note, this does not include file optimisation or a digital proof. If you would like to receive a digital proof before printing, this is available for £5+VAT per file.
Yes, we offer an in-house graphic design service. Prices can be found on the product calculator for the selected product. Please note that the accuracy of the design and our ability to meet the advertised turnaround time will depend on how clearly you provide your design brief, content, images, logo and any other required details.
You can upload your print-ready artwork using the link provided in your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can email your artwork to info@cheapasprints.com, making sure to include your order number in the subject line. For larger files, we recommend using a file-sharing service such as WeTransfer.
Yes, although we believe our prices are already competitive, we are happy to consider price matching or beating a genuine quote for your printing product or project. To review this, you will need to provide a valid quotation from a reputable UK printing company for a like-for-like product specification.
