Delivery FAQ's
Unfortunately we do not offer a collection service. However our delivery costs are free. Once your order is ready it will be delivered within 24 hours.
No, however we can deliver to any international shipping centre based in the UK that can forward this to your destination.
For undue delays, we strongly recommend that you check your delivery address carefully as it is very difficult to change this once order has been placed. With the volume of orders we process each day, it is very costly and time consuming to adjust these details after confirmation. If you have made an error, you can put in a request to amend but please be aware majority of the time your request may be declined.
Once your order has been collected by our couriers, you will be notified via email or SMS. You can then track your order from there.
Our FREE delivery service does not cover weekends. If your order is dispatched on Friday it will be delivered on Monday.
Important Information
- All deliveries are on a standard next day service between 8.30 am to 5.30pm to business addresses and between 8.30am to 7pm to residential addresses.
- If you notice any damage on the parcel / goods on delivery please notify us within 4 days of receipt of the order to ensure this can be resolved promptly
