use the following guidelines to ensure optimum print quality, accurate colours,
proper formatting and prevent delays.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. For business addresses, delivery times are between 8.30am to 5.30pm. Residential addresses are scheduled between 8.30am to 7pm.
Once the order has been dispatched, a notification via email or SMS will be sent for you to track your order.
If you find any damage to your parcel or goods upon delivery, sign for the order as damaged and / or take clear photos of the outer delivery label and packaging. Make sure to notify us within 4 working days of receiving the package along with your photo evidence.
If for whatever reason your product does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

The DL format measures 99 x 210mm. Its long and narrow dimensions make it ideal for presenting content in a concise yet impactful manner. The DL format offers an elegant and visually appealing layout that captures attention while efficiently delivering information. Uncoated paper lacks a glossy sheen and mirrors the texture of standard office printing paper. While the texture is rougher than coated stocks, it offers a softer aesthetic to designs featuring images and enhances text legibility. This type of paper is also more porous, allowing for quick ink absorption, resulting in a clean, smudge-free finish.
Recycled uncoated stock has a rustic and earthy appearance due to its natural texture and muted colour palette, offering a tactile and environmentally friendly charm. The uncoated nature of the stock allows for it to be written on or embossed with a stamp.
Conqueror Wove stock is a premium quality paper known for its smooth texture and superior writing surface. Designs with clean lines, elegant typography and sophisticated graphics work exceptionally well with this stock, accentuating its refined aesthetic. Intricate patterns and minimalist layouts also compliment the paper’s smooth texture, adding a touch of luxury to any project.
Delivery date is based on order being placed within business hours and supplied with print-ready artwork. We will only contact you if there is an issue with your file(s). Please note this will affect the delivery times shown on our website.
Single sided printing is suitable for designs that rely on simplicity, clarity and minimalism where uncluttered visuals and concise information are essential.
Double sided printing, also known as duplex printing allows for effectively maximising space utilisation. This not only reduces cost but also enhances content organisation by providing more room for design elements.
Artwork will go straight to print without a digital proof.
We will email you a digital PDF proof for approval. Please note choosing this option may affect delivery lead-times.
For multiple designs, you’ll need to add a quantity to the basket separately for each design.

Free delivery is inclusive to UK mainland addresses only. Additional delivery charges will apply for non-mainland locations and we will contact you for payment.
Delivery times are calculated in working days and exclude weekends, bank holidays and seasonal holiday periods.
Our last working day will be Friday, 19th December 2025 and we will reopen on Monday, 5th January 2026.
