Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. For business addresses, delivery times are between 8.30am to 5.30pm. Residential addresses are scheduled between 8.30am to 7pm.
Once the order has been dispatched, a notification via email or SMS will be sent for you to track your order.
If you find any damage to your parcel or goods upon delivery, sign for the order as damaged and / or take clear photos of the outer delivery label and packaging. Make sure to notify us within 4 working days of receiving the package along with your photo evidence.
If for whatever reason your product does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
The premium base for roller banners features a sturdy base without twist out feet and includes stylish end caps. Additionally, the base is more durable and aesthetically more pleasing compared to the standard base. This type of stand is ideal for professional environments or high-end presentations, offering both functionality and a modern design that enhances the overall appearance of the display.
The premium front-loading base is all about maximum graphic exposure and minimum base visibility. Furthermore, it has no external feet and features stylish end caps. These bases tend to be heavier and more durable, which adds stability but makes the display slightly harder to transport. Front-loading bases are often preferred for more high-end events or exhibitions where aesthetics are important.
The padded carry bag offers additional foam layers to protect the roller banner from bumps, drops and other impacts. The extra cushioning helps prevent damage to the stand, making it a better option for frequent travel.
Double sided roller banners maximise visibility as both sides can be seen from different directions, making these stands ideal for open areas and spaces with heavy foot traffic. The additional space also offers more design flexibility, as you can either repeat the same message or present different content on each side.
Grey back PVC media is a high-quality material designed to provide full light blockout, ensuring no light passes through for maximum visibility. It features a smooth, bright white surface that enhances print quality and colour vibrancy. The anti-curl properties of this media ensures it lays flat even with heavy ink coverage.
White back PVC media provides a smooth printing surface that delivers vibrant and high-quality graphics. However, the media is not blockout, meaning light can pass through, potentially affecting the visibility of the printed content in certain lighting conditions. Additionally, it lacks anti-curl properties, which can cause the edges to curl over time.

Delivery date is based on order being placed within business hours and supplied with print-ready artwork. We will only contact you if there is an issue with your file(s). Please note this will affect the delivery times shown on our website.
Artwork will go straight to print without a digital proof.
We will email you a digital PDF proof for approval. Please note choosing this option may affect delivery lead-times.

Free delivery is inclusive to UK mainland addresses only. Additional delivery charges will apply for non-mainland locations and we will contact you for payment.
Delivery times are calculated in working days and exclude weekends, bank holidays and seasonal holiday periods.
