Full Colour Printed T-Shirts
Full colour T-Shirts are digitally printed directly onto the garment. Tiny droplets of ink is applied directly to the T-Shirt after which it is passed through a hot air tunnel. The heated process ensures the print is completely dry. The digital print process is recommend with designs with full colour images and photographs.
Screen Printed T-Shirts
Screen printed T-shirts are ideal for long-term durability and keeping colours vibrant for longer. This process ensures that colours do not fade over time, even with frequent wear and washing. The limitation of this process means it is not suitable for designs with full colour images or photographs.

The 145gsm Jersey Woven material is budget friendly and ideal for any single use event. This can include private occasions or low-cost budget business promotions.
What do you recommend as a middle of the range T-Shirt?
Choose either our Fine Knit Woven Cotton or Soft-Spun Cotton. Both garment types have the same thickness but with a slightly different feel.
The 165gsm Fine Knit Woven Cotton is durable with a great print surface. ideal for long-lasting promotional wear, event handouts and staff uniform.
The 165gsm Soft-Spun Cotton is a more breathable material making it more comfortable. An all-around T-Shirt that is perfect as a high-quality promo gift.
I need T-shirts for outdoor workwear, what do you recommend?
The 190gsm Semi-Combed Cotton material is our most premium quality T-Shirt. The material is extremely durable to withstand harsh elements of outdoor work environments.
What are full colour printed T-Shirts?
This process involves digitally printing directly onto the garment. Ideal for complex and colourful designs with gradients and overlapping colours.
What are screen printed T-Shirts?
This process involves printing using Pantone colours. This means your designs cannot be reproduced with gradients or overlaying colours. The main benefit of screen printing means colours do not fade over time, even with frequent wash and wear.

Quantity
For multiple designs, you’ll need to add a quantity to the basket separately for each design.
Artwork
Supplying Own ArtworkBe sure to supply your design using the CMYK colour mode with a resolution of at least 300dpi. Additionally, embed fonts, outline text and extend bleed areas beyond the trim marks to prevent any important elements from being cut off during printing and trimming. To ensure artwork is supplied correctly to avoid delays, we recommend using our artwork templates.
Please Note: For most products, the CMYK colour mode is utilised, however, other printed materials such as carrier bags and branded writing instruments are printed using Pantone colours. Any artwork supplied in RGB will be converted in to CMYK or Pantone depending on the product. Please bear in mind this will result in a significant colour difference which we will make you aware of prior to print.

Our Artwork ServicePlease include a clear overview of the project objectives, outlining specific deliverables. The advertised artwork rate includes one design concept with unlimited minor revisions but excludes logo creation. Please refer to our logo design services if you would like a new logo or would like to make amendments to an existing one.
