PVC mesh banners are purpose-made to stay put whatever the weather. The thousands of tiny perforations in this special media allow for light, sound, and wind to pass. Mesh banners are best suited for displaying in external settings over areas of a solid foundation or pole to pole. This can include displaying on fences, scaffolds, large buildings, lamp-posts, construction sites and even using as a stage backdrop. Mesh banners are also lightweight, meaning the display can be moved to various locations with minimum fuss or simply rolled up for storage.

What is a mesh banners?
Mesh banners are manufactured from a PVC mesh gauze. The media contains thousands of tiny holes allowing light, wind and sound to pass. Mesh banners are less likely to be destroyed by high winds and can adapt to almost any outdoor environment.
What do you meany by PVC free?
Our Kavalan PVC free mesh banners are recyclable and environmentally friendly compared to traditional mesh PVC. The material does not add to landfill and therefore reduces the impact of end-of-life disposal. In the unforeseen circumstances that Kavalan does accidentally end up in landfill, its non-polluting, water–based and biodegradable coating will easily decompose. Kavalan can also be green-incinerated to generate electricity – an additional benefit to many other ‘recycled’ products, which can’t follow this process. Kavalan ash is also a useful product for road maintenance, whereas other recycled products have to go to landfill.
How do mesh banners compare to normal vinyl banners?
The main difference between standard PVC banners and mesh banners is the tiny perforations in the media. The end result and finishing options are very much like for like.
What size mesh banners do you offer?
We are able to print most banner sizes but are restricted to a maximum size of 8ft (H) x 40ft (L). If you know the dimensions for your banner, simply enter the height x width and the quantity required in our custom banner calculator. Remember, we offer quantity discounts, so the more you order, the more you’ll save!
Can you help design my mesh banner?
Absolutely! Our banner artwork rates are extremely competitive. We can provide a design draft within 2 days of receiving your brief. If your banner needs to include your logo, you will need to supply this along with images and content.
How do I display my mesh banner?
Unless specified otherwise, our 440gsm PVC free mesh banners will be supplied with re-inforced hemmed edges and eyelets. This is ideal for pole to pole displays using cable ties, nylon rope, hanging clips, or bungee cords. For scaffold displays, we recommend choosing the pole pocket finish and hanging the banner via the scaffold tube connected to the main frame of the scaffold.
