Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. For business addresses, delivery times are between 8.30am to 5.30pm. Residential addresses are scheduled between 8.30am to 7pm.
Once the order has been dispatched, a notification via email or SMS will be sent for you to track your order.
If you find any damage to your parcel or goods upon delivery, sign for the order as damaged and / or take clear photos of the outer delivery label and packaging. Make sure to notify us within 4 working days of receiving the package along with your photo evidence.
If for whatever reason your product does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

The 550gsm PVC free media is an eco-friendly and lightweight material that is suitable for both indoor and outdoor usage. It combines the smooth flexibility of a non-PVC material with all the strength and robustness expected from traditional PVC. The sunlight water-based coating gives it the durability to withstand the effects of weather making it ideal for various long-term displays.
The 440gsm PVC-free mesh banner material is a sustainable alternative to traditional mesh banner media. Unlike standard mesh banners made from PVC, this material is free from harmful chemicals, making it more eco-friendly and easier to recycle. It offers excellent durability, strength and wind resistance due to its woven structure, much like traditional mesh banners, but without the environmental impact. The perforated design allows air to pass through, reducing strain in windy conditions. Its main purpose is for use in large outdoor banners, building wraps and event signage, offering a greener choice without sacrificing performance.
The 720gsm PVC-free banner material is a high-strength, eco-friendly alternative to traditional PVC and is designed for heavy-duty, long-term outdoor use. Unlike traditional PVC banners, it is made from non-toxic, sustainable materials, reducing environmental impact without compromising durability. Compared to the 550gsm PVC-free material, the 720gsm offers greater thickness and strength, making it more resistant to harsh weather conditions and can be printed to one or both sides.
Single sided PVC banners provide simplicity and cost-effectiveness, making it ideal for locations where only one side is visible, such as against a wall or fence. However, a key downside is its limited visibility since only one side can display the message, reducing effectiveness in open or high-traffic areas where viewers approach from multiple directions.
Double-sided PVC banners offer the benefit of increased visibility, as the print can be viewed from both sides, making it great for spaces like streets or suspended areas. The only real drawback is double sided PVC banners are slightly more expensive compared to single sided PVC banners.

A 25mm white Velcro tape is applied to all sides allowing easy application. Hook and look tapes are provided ensuring you have everything to hang your display.
A 14mm silicone strip is sewn on all edges of the banner to allow precise fitting in a tension display, for example poster frames. This allows for a smoother and wrinkle free finish.
Looped on corners of your choice with a diameter of 50mm that is suitable for regular scaffolding poles.
Delivery is calculated based on working days and does not include weekends, bank holidays or seasonal periods. Please note that during busy periods, the delivery dates may vary from what is advertised online.
Your supplied artwork file will be processed for printing without a digital proof.
A PDF proof of your supplied artwork file will be emailed for reviewing and approving. Production will only begin after we receive confirmation of artwork approval from you via email. Please note the estimated date of delivery is subject to the order and artwork being approval by 12pm.
Be sure to supply your design using the CMYK colour mode with a resolution of at least 300dpi. Additionally, embed fonts, outline text and extend bleed areas beyond the trim marks to prevent any important elements from being cut off during printing and trimming. To ensure artwork is supplied correctly to avoid delays, we recommend using our artwork templates.
Please Note: For most products, the CMYK colour mode is utilised, however, other printed materials such as carrier bags and branded writing instruments are printed using Pantone colours. Any artwork supplied in RGB will be converted in to CMYK or Pantone depending on the product. Please bear in mind this will result in a significant colour difference which we will make you aware of prior to print.
Please include a clear overview of the project objectives, outlining specific deliverables. This should include desired aesthetics or style preferences and any technical requirements or constraints that need to be considered. The advertised artwork rate includes one design concept with unlimited minor revisions but excludes logo creation. Please refer to our logo design services if you would like a new logo or would like to make amendments to an existing one.
