Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. For business addresses, delivery times are between 8.30am to 5.30pm. Residential addresses are scheduled between 8.30am to 7pm.
Once the order has been dispatched, a notification via email or SMS will be sent for you to track your order.
If you find any damage to your parcel or goods upon delivery, sign for the order as damaged and / or take clear photos of the outer delivery label and packaging. Make sure to notify us within 4 working days of receiving the package along with your photo evidence.
If for whatever reason your product does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Compared to the 550gsm PVC-free material, the 720gsm offers greater thickness and strength, making it more resistant to harsh weather conditions and can be printed to one or both sides.
Single sided PVC banners provide simplicity and cost-effectiveness, making it ideal for locations where only one side is visible, such as against a wall or fence. However, a key downside is its limited visibility since only one side can display the message, reducing effectiveness in open or high-traffic areas where viewers approach from multiple directions.
Double-sided PVC banners offer the benefit of increased visibility, as the print can be viewed from both sides, making it great for spaces like streets or suspended areas. The only real drawback is double sided PVC banners are slightly more expensive compared to single sided PVC banners.

A 25mm white Velcro tape is applied to all sides allowing easy application. Hook and look tapes are provided ensuring you have everything to hang your display.
A 14mm silicone strip is sewn on all edges of the banner to allow precise fitting in a tension display, for example poster frames. This allows for a smoother and wrinkle free finish.
Looped on corners of your choice with a diameter of 50mm that is suitable for regular scaffolding poles.
