use the following guidelines to ensure optimum print quality, accurate colours,
proper formatting and prevent delays.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. For business addresses, delivery times are between 8.30am to 5.30pm. Residential addresses are scheduled between 8.30am to 7pm.
Once the order has been dispatched, a notification via email or SMS will be sent for you to track your order.
If you find any damage to your parcel or goods upon delivery, sign for the order as damaged and / or take clear photos of the outer delivery label and packaging. Make sure to notify us within 4 working days of receiving the package along with your photo evidence.
If for whatever reason your product does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

However, the print will be more susceptible to wear and tear, as it will have no protective layer provided by lamination. Soft-touch lamination elevates printed materials by imparting a luxurious, velvety smooth feel that enhances both the tactile and visual experience. With a matt-like finish devoid of any shine, it softens the visual elements while offering a refined touch, adding a premium element to the print. This technique enriches the sensory engagement, making it particularly appealing for products where texture and presentation are paramount.
Delivery date is based on order being placed within business hours and supplied with print-ready artwork. We will only contact you if there is an issue with your file(s). Please note this will affect the delivery times shown on our website.
Artwork will go straight to print without a digital proof.
We will email you a digital PDF proof for approval. Please note choosing this option may affect delivery lead-times.

Free delivery is inclusive to UK mainland addresses only. Additional delivery charges will apply for non-mainland locations and we will contact you for payment.
Delivery times are calculated in working days and exclude weekends, bank holidays and seasonal holiday periods.
Our last working day will be Friday, 19th December 2025 and we will reopen on Monday, 5th January 2026.
