1) Design to correct size
2) Minimum Resolution should be 300dpi
3) Ensure 3mm bleed is added around the artwork
4) Keep text within 4mm (margin) of the artwork document
5) All text must be converted to outlines or flattened
6) Ensure design is in single colour
7) Files must be supplied as: PDF, EPS, Hi-Res JPG, AI, PSD

NCR simply refers to no carbon required, which simply means there is no need to insert carbon paper between sheets to create multiple duplicates of the original form. NCR forms have varied uses with most notable ones being Invoices, Statements, Sales Quotations, Purchase Orders, Despatch Notes and Receipts.

At Cheap as Prints we offer cheap trade price single colour Business NCR Forms with various finishing options. Our Carbonless Forms can be supplied as Loose Sets or made in to Pads and Books with Numbering and Perforation options.

We offer various size NCR Forms, NCR Pads & Books including A6, DL, A5 & A4. Our printing process involves printing in 1 colour to all the parts with the following finishing options:

NCR Pads

2pt (duplicates) or 3pt (triplicates) with 1 colour print to all parts, 50 sets per pad with top sheet being white, 2nd sheet being yellow and 3rd sheet being pink. The pads are glued at the head and supplied with a grey hard back and loose writing shield.

NCR Books

2pt (duplicates) or 3pt (triplicates) with 1 colour print to all parts, 50 sets per pad with top sheet being white, 2nd sheet being yellow and 3rd sheet being pink. The pads are stapled, include spine tape, perforated and supplied with a grey hard back and loose writing shield.

Loose NCR Sets

2pt (duplicates) or 3pt (triplicates) with 1 colour print to all parts, 50 sets per pad with top sheet being white, 2nd sheet being yellow and 3rd sheet being pink.

Order Cut Off Points

In order to receive your order before our closing date (Wednesday 23rd Dec) orders must be confirmed no later than Monday 14th Dec. Any orders placed after this date will be processed in the new year on our return (Tuesday 5th Jan 2016).

Production

  • Upon artwork confirmation this product will be printed within 7 working days. You can choose to collect in-store or have it delivered. All delivered products are despatched on a next working day courier service between 8.30am to 5.30pm.

Production

  • All print production times are best estimates and are calculated in working days excluding weekends and public holidays. Print production only starts after artwork approval

  • For urgent orders or orders required for a specific date please contact us before ordering so we can quote you for an express upgrade fee (this service may not be available for all products)
